FFKM perfluoro rubber

产品详情

Perfluoroelastomer is composed of TFE (main chain), PMVE (branched chain) and bridging. It not only has excellent high temperature resistance and chemical resistance like PTFE, but also can withstand more than 1,600 chemicals. ), Also has the elasticity of rubber, its compression deformation rate is only 50% or less at 300 ° C. The working temperature range of ordinary perfluoroelastomer is -25 ℃ ~ + 240 ℃. FFKM-7075 can withstand high temperature up to 327 ℃, even when exposed to a constant temperature of 316 ℃ or intermittent high temperature environment like 343 ℃. The parts also do not undergo hardening and embrittlement leading to seal failure. FFKM can still maintain its elasticity and resilience performance in the immersion or direct contact with aggressive liquids. In fact, the thermal stability of FFKM often exceeds those of the liquid itself. Perfluoroelastomers also have excellent air tightness (vacuum resistance up to 1.33 * 10 -7pa ~ 1.33 * 10 -8pa), high cleanliness, and ion resistance. These characteristics are also widely used in the semiconductor industry. Perfluoroelastomers are commonly used in the chemical industry and in highly corrosive media and high temperature applications.

FFKM seals are widely used by gas turbine engine manufacturers and industrial and shipping industries of aircraft propulsion systems because of their excellent resistance and high temperature resistance to almost all chemicals. The materials are quite expensive.

Perfluoro rubber (FFKM / FFPM) is currently the world's most resistant rubber. It is formed by polymerizing three or more fluoro rubber monomers. All hydrogen atoms on the monomers are replaced by fluorine atoms. Its molecular structure Similar to polytetrafluoroethylene, it has excellent resistance to high temperature hardening, and has both the elasticity of rubber and the corrosion resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene. Perfluoro rubber is suitable for sealing applications in corrosive chemical media and high temperature environments. They can withstand the attack of almost all chemical agents, including organic acids, inorganic acids, strong bases, ketones, lipids, alcohols, oils and hot water. Operating temperature range: (or lower temperature -40 ℃) -20 ℃ — + 290 ℃ (or higher temperature 327 ℃) long-term use, this high-performance material can be used in a variety of products: O-rings, oil seals, Diaphragms, fillers, seals and other products used in chemical anti-corrosion, aerospace and semiconductor industries.
